Mediation Fees & Expenses
Professional Mediation Services:
Non-Refundable Booking Fee - Due upon scheduling of the mediation, credited against final bill - $450.00 per party
Preparation and Conference Time - $450.00/hour
Travel Time for Live Mediations - $250.00/hour
Expenses:
Live mediations outside of Rock Springs - I.R.S. mileage rate plus actual expenses
Photocopies - $.20 per page
